This week we learned all about Chinese New Year! We learned about the traditions, customs and rituals associated with this special time of year. We learned about and practiced with chopsticks, made our own red money envelopes and even went to a Chinese restaurant to end our week. Gung Hay Fat Choy! We just said, “Happy New Year!”
